Scope

Which are the most costly biases that prevent people from seeing good solutions? These are biases that for some reason are neglected in the societal discourse and policy discussions.

Possible candidates that should be assessed:

• "Emission trade must be global, otherwise it is not neutral in the global trade."
• "Urban traffic cannot be based on demand-responsive public transportation, because people would not use it."
• "It is impossible to produce district heating with nuclear energy."
