A decision to carry out targeted vaccination will have the following possible outcomes: 1)Protection from swine flu for the most vulnerable population. 2)Vaccine failure which could lead to vaccinated persons contracting the disease. 3)Adverse events arising from vaccination. 4)Health complications arising from either swine flu illness or post-vaccination adverse events. 5)Outome in terms of QALY, DALY, WTP, Utiltity and monetary costs.
